BETTER TOGETHER: HOT CAKES AND
HOT TOPICS FOR COUPLES
In designing this workshop we’ve had
couples with young children in mind, but we
think couples in all stages of marriage will
find something helpful from our day together.
It starts with a home-cooked pancake
breakfast, includes a catered lunch, and a
companion program for up to 30 children
on-site. Couples get to spend some time with
their partners remembering why they fell in
love, listen in on a panel discussion about
the joys and challenges of sex throughout
various stages of marriage, and participate in
breakout sessions on topics like navigating
family and career, interracial couples, and
the theology of parenting.

We’ll end with time for some contemplative
worship and prayer. Cost: $40/couple, plus
childcare costs ($25/child with a $50 family
cap).
