Rhythm, Fitness & More: Let’s work out together and connect. The work out small group is a perfect antidote to the “I don’t have time to go the gym” excuse. Our aim is not only to get a highly energetic, full body work out in an efficient 30-45 minutes at least once a week, but to also build a community around our workout to keep each other motivated and committed. All fitness levels are welcome.
