Run or walk 5K anywhere between Sunday June 14th – Sunday June 21st\, and tag your pictures using #racetothegoal5K. \nSuggested donation is $30 per participant. *Update: thanks to your generosity\, our initial goal of $5\,000 was passed and all 5K donations go to our Soccer Nights care package partner\, Black Yard Arts! DESCRIPTION:“A friend.. awakens your life in order to free the wild possibilities within you.” \n– John O’Donohue \nThis monthly course will provide an introduction to listening\, soul care\, contemplative practices and spiritual mentorship for one-on-one relational and group contexts. You will learn how to craft and give your spiritual autobiography\, as well as experience and teach spiritual practices like Lectio Divina\, Ignatian practices and contemplative practices. \nThe course requires a monthly commitment to attendance\, readings and spiritual practice. 2nd Sundays – November 2019 – June 2020.
