November 3rd Cambridge Half Marathon: road closures

For those of us who drive to church, a heads up that a few of the roads in the vicinity of Reservoir’s campus will be closed for a few hours this coming Sunday morning.

If you’re coming to the 11:30 service, you should not have to worry about road closures.

If you’re coming to the 9:30 service from north of the Charles River, you should be fine.

If you’re coming to the 9:30 service from south of the Charles River, consider these routes:

-from Boston points near downtown, cross westbound at Longfellow Bridge.

-from Boston points near Allston, head from Market Street outbound on Western Avenue, then turn back towards Cambridge on Coolidge Avenue.

Police officers will be providing traffic assistance along the race route. Here’s the course map from the Cambridge Half Marathon website.
