Spiritual Movement for Women

Are you too busy to sit and be with your body and spirit? Let’s take 40-min together moving at the “pace of grace” Sunday, 3/12 from 10:45 am – 11:25 am. Slow down to mindfully/prayerfully move and be with our bodies with Mary Reynolds, a certified Spiritual Companion and Yoga Instructor. Whether your body has experienced painful trauma or numb from the business of our days, come join us, for a safe, Jesus-invited, movement of our bodies and spirits.
