Aubrie is a licensed independent clinical social worker in private practice. She holds an MSW and a Masters of Thanatology (Death, Dying, and Bereavement), as well as the distinction of Fellow in Thanatology through ADEC
(Association for Death Education and Counseling). She has over a 10-year background working with diverse populations of dying patients and bereaved clients in hospice care, community grief center work, and private practice. She loves this work of coming alongside, witnessing pain, and giving permission for people to own their stories. She has a rich background in collaborative leadership, as well as the training of volunteers within community settings. She is also a Mom of a three-and-a-half year old boy, whom she homeschools in the Montessori tradition.
