In the Body, In the Moment: A Mindfulness Practice Space

Join us for a gentle, grounding workshop to reconnect with your body and the present moment. Learn tips and tools for more mindfulness practices – like mindful eating, walking , writing , creating, reading, resting, and group conversation – we’ll explore what it means to return to ourselves with compassion and awareness. This is a space to slow down, notice, and be. No prior experience with mindfulness is necessary – just bring your breath and your body.
A simple light lunch will be provided to practice mindful eating together. Feel free to stick around until 1:30 if you would just like more space to be, and please mark on the registration form if you need child care provided for you to join.
