Trecia is a longtime member of Reservoir Church and currently serves as Executive Pastor. She holds a BA in Humanities from Harvard University and an MBA from Howard University.

As Director of Operations and Communications, Trecia has drawn on her background in management, finance, environmental stewardship, the arts, and education to help Reservoir thrive in the present while building long-term sustainability for the future. She brings more than 20 years of professional experience in training and development, marketing, logistics, and entrepreneurship to her leadership.

Trecia has served in principal roles within several Fortune 500 organizations and is known for her strengths in strategic planning, organizational development, and cross-cultural leadership. She is deeply passionate about teaching, cultivating belonging, and building bridges across communities.

Trecia lives in Somerville with her husband, her son, and their dog, Xiao.
