This monthly course will provide an introduction to listening, soul care, contemplative practices and spiritual mentorship for one-on-one relational and group contexts. You will learn how to craft and give your spiritual autobiography, as well as experience and teach spiritual practices like Lectio Divina, Ignatian practices and contemplative practices.

The course requires a monthly commitment to attendance, readings and spiritual practice. 2nd Sundays – November 2019 – June 2020. Exception: April 5th replaces April 12th for that month, due to the Easter holiday the following week.
