This is a sound bath meditation (singing bowls and cello) that is designed to bring participants into a meditative healing space.
They will be guided through breath work to ease the nervous system and then invited to close their eyes, simply breathe, meditate, do gentle stretching or If they prefer, draw/write.
At the end, participants will be given time to reflect on the practice.
