Victory Programs will be opening a new shelter program in Dorchester that will safely house 31 newly arrived Haitian families. This includes 88 individuals and three babies on the way.

We are specifically seeking staff who are fluent in Haitian Creole to provide life stabilization services, housing placement, case management, and employment opportunities to the families in this new program.
