Moving Meditation

Come join Arianne Graham for 60 minutes of moving meditation in the form of hatha yoga, relaxation breathing, and meditation.
All levels welcome and no experience required. Please bring a mat, a blanket, and any other props you may have. We have a few extra. More information here.
Many people have experienced positive benefits from the regular practice of yoga, such as general well-being, increased awareness, strength and flexibility, and a peaceful mind and spirit. The primary purpose of “asana” (yoga postures) is to prepare the physical body for long periods of prayer and meditation. It is my hope that you would experience benefits that leave you feeling relaxed, comfortable, and strong. If that helps you connect more with God, great!

Arianne Graham (RYT-200) has been practicing yoga since 2009. She completed her Kripalu yoga certification with Maya Breuer in August 2015 and is registered with Yoga Alliance.
